| Description | ICF-RS-17, a 17-item functional assessment tool built from the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health via a three-round Delphi study, then validated on 2,574 inpatients at 12 Chinese rehabilitation institutions (Nanjing, Wuxi, Suzhou, Aug 2021-Mar 2023). Each patient was rated on all 17 ICF categories at admission and again at discharge, so wave 1 = admission and wave 2 = discharge; 87,516 responses. resp is the 0-10 Numerical Rating Scale the paper defines, where 0 = no problem and 10 = complete problem -- HIGHER IS WORSE functioning. item is the ICF category code as the source spells it (d450, b455, ...). |
